Agape Love – Return & Exchange Policy
At Agape Love, every piece is created with intention and care. We are committed to providing high quality garments and a meaningful customer experience.
Because each item is made and handled in house, we keep our return policy simple and focused on ensuring product quality.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Normal wear or washing
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at agapeloveclothingbrand@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- All approved returns should be sent to the address provided in your confirmation email
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Issue a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a refund to your original form of payment
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Additional Notes
We strongly encourage reviewing our sizing guide before placing your order, as we are unable to offer returns for sizing at this time.
